We counsel income-qualifying* individuals on many different legal issues, including but not limited to:

Family Law - Domestic Abuse/Violence - Debt/Credit - Employment - Housing, Landlord/Tenant, Evictions - Elder Law/Wills - Immigration

We do not advise on criminal cases.

During clinic sessions, we can:

  • Help clients understand their legal rights;

  • Explain legal concepts; explain documents or paperwork;

  • Provide advice on negotiating a dispute;

  • Recommend action steps to resolve legal issues;

  • Help clients prepare for self-representation**; and, direct you to additional resources.

    * GSA uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine eligibility for services.

    **We do not provide lawyers who can take on your case, or represent you in court.
